What payment methods can I use?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including but not limited to: Visa, Mastercard, American Express. We also accept PayPal and Clearpay.

Can I pay in Instalments?

Yes. We have enabled Clearpay, meaning you split your payment into 4 scheduled payments. Please see below for further information.

How does Clearpay work?

Clearpay lends you a fixed amount of credit to allow you to pay for your purchase over 4 instalments, due every 2 weeks.
To be eligible for credit from Clearpay, you must be over 18 years of age and a permanent UK resident (excluding Channel Islands).

Why was my payment declined?

If your payment method is declined, please make sure that the credit card number, expiration date and billing address you entered are correct and that the remaining credit on your card is sufficient for the purchase. If you still face an issue, please try to contact your card issuer, or try another payment method such as PayPal.
