Warranty

Warranty coverage:
- All main E-Bike parts such as: Frame, front fork, handlebars, charger, folding tubes, saddle tubes, and battery (1-year warranty period).
- Headlights and taillights (6-month warranty period).
Please note that the warranty does not cover:
- Issues arising from normal wear and tear and general use of the e-bike.

FAQs
Can I modify the bike by myself?
If you're not acquainted with the bike's performance, we advise against making unauthorized modifications. If modification is necessary, kindly reach out to our customer service tram to confirm whether it is permissible.
My bike chain is scratching with the wheel, so I can't change gears, and the derailleur looks deformed, what should I do?
If the derailleur guard touches the derailleur screw, the derailleur guard needs to be pulled out. In order to maintain a distance of 15mm between the transmission and the protection device.
